Creatine
An Investigative Report
Creatine supplementation has become standard for serious athletes and weight loss enthusiasts, and rightly so. However, there is a risk of abuse due mostly to lack of understanding of just how this nutrient works. This has resulted in athlete deaths on occasion. The intent of this report is not to steer people away from use of creatinine, but to provide insight: Why did this tragedy occur and what might have been done to prevent it? Why should any serious use of this nutrient be preceded by proper testing and the results of that testing taken into account?
