Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping from Hawaii is a little complicated! Only US Postal Service offers a reasonable rate, but they will not pick up packages from our location. Therefore we have to take them to the post office, which generally happens on Thursdays and Saturdays. This applies whether you choose regular or expedited shipping.

Occasionally our office will be closed for a period of time over a holiday or other date. When that occurs, a message will appear as a banner on the website. In that instance, orders are processed upon our return to the office, in the order they were received, and will begin shipping the day after we reopen.

We currently use USPS for all shipments within the United States, and US Priority or Express International Mail outside the United States. When you arrive at the checkout page, you will see the options available to you and their prices.

Please be aware that USPS will NOT guarantee that Express Mail will arrive on time! Unfortunately that means that we cannot guarantee it either. 

US Priority or Express Mail - Priority Mail from our location is generally 3 days, Express Mail is generally 2 days. There is no guarantee when choosing USPS, so it's important you check the tracking information you're provided.

International Priority or Express Mail - This varies by country. Australia (as an example, since we have so many clients in Australia) generally takes about 2-1/2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Choosing International Express Mail will usually cut that time to about 1-1/2 to 2 weeks.
